Sencha is the most popular variety of green tea in Japan.

It is grown under the sun, along wave-like rows of typical low bushes.

Its taste is harmonious and delicate, with a naturally sweet note.

The leaves are a beautiful dark, bright green and needle-shaped.

The colour of the infusion is a golden, transparent green.
